Dr Devsen Kruthiventi , Head, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management and Internal Communication, Tata Projects Limited. A Ph.D with an overall experience of 25 years, 13 years of academic and research at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, prior to joining Satyam Computer services. Worked with Satyam Learning center and Business Intelligence and Data warehousing teams in various capacities. Later moved to Tata Chemicals as Head ,Knowledge Management. Successfully led Tata Chemicals to become MAKE (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise)ASIA and MAKE India winner in 2012. He has consulted various Tata Companies in their Knowledge Management journey. He is visiting / guest faculty at IIMA, U21 Global, Satya Sai Institute of Higher Learning and ASCI.
